DescriptionAs a member of the ACQE team, you will be instrumental in ensuring that AppleCare applications and systems meet quality standards throughout both pre-release and post-release testing phases. Your expertise in software testing, leading people, and fostering a culture of quality will be essential to success in this role. Strong critical thinking skills, and a commitment to open communication and collaboration within a global cross-functional team will further support success in this role.
Minimum Qualifications5+ years' experience in a software quality engineering role2+ years' experience leading people in the development of test strategies and execution of test plansExperience leading distributed teams across cultures, geography, and timezonesValues empowering people to achieve their bestDeep knowledge in contact centre tools and cross-functional workflowsExpertise in modern test methodologies, practices, and technologyProficiency in utilising test automation tools and frameworkStrong commitment to enhancing the customer experienceDemonstrated curiosity and adaptability as a continuous learnerExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsPreferred QualificationsProficiency in scripting languages (Python, Swift, etc.)Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
