Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Apprenticeship Project Manager and the Commercial Driving Consortium Steering Group (CSG) to spearhead programme development.
Lead efforts to attract employers and apprentices, inspiring interest and participation in these transformative initiatives.
Create structured reports on registration prospects and progress towards ambitious targets.
Promote the apprenticeships to stakeholders through dynamic presentations at career fairs, school events, and industry summits.
Develop relationships with employers, educators, and industry influencers to showcase the benefits of career progression and diversity in logistics.
Boost employer and apprentice registrations, aiming for 20 new apprentices in 2025 and 30 in 2026.
Requirements Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and PowerPoint is required.
A commitment to upholding professional standards along with an adaptable, proactive mindset.
Strong organisational abilities.
Initiative in problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail.
Capability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure.
A friendly, professional demeanour and a collaborative attitude.
