Assistant Administration Services Manager (Grád VI) 

Purpose of the Post  To provide an effective and efficient management of administration staff working under the remit of the Administrative Services Manager including Staff Officers, Assistant Staff Officers, Medical Secretaries, Ward Clerks, HIPE/coders, Frontline Clerical/Administrative Staff and Clerical Staff assigned to the OPD and Central Appointments Office.  Manage the development of effective administrative working structures as new services develop within the hospital.  As new services are developed ensuring staff have the relevant knowledge and experience to facilitate these developments.  Responsible and accountable for the day to day management of administrative staff working under the remit Responsible for  A cost effective and efficient management of administrative resources working under the remit of the role  Ensuring that the highest standards of Secretarial/Administrative resources are in place at all time  On-going workforce planning and succession planning Main Duties & Responsibilities Staff Management Service Planning and Improvement Operational Management Training & Development Day to day Management & Administration Closing date for application is 3pm on Friday 15th November 2024.
