ABOUT YOUR ROLEYou will be supporting the Marketing Manager & Brand Manager in the development and optimisation of TTL marketing campaigns across the Lucozade Energy Portfolio (Energy, Zero and Alert).Monitor and analyse campaign results and effectiveness as set against agreed objectives.Oversee and deliver key projects that will enable AOP (Annual Operating Plan) delivery e.g.
product launches and social strategy.Support Trade/PR press activity.Collaborate cross functionally with Sales, CS&P, Finance, category & Field teams to deliver effective marketing plans.Build strong collaborative relationships with key external stakeholders and agencies.Support on specific NPD Project from launch to post-launch review.Assist the budget management by raising purchase orders and tracking Pos raised.Support social calendar of activity to increase engagement, reach and awareness.Monitor and analyse market, brand and competitor performance/activity and proactively propose recommendations based on findings.WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFULMarketing experience within an ABM role preferably in FMCG.
Strong understanding of the full marketing mix.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, agile environment.
High level of IT proficiency, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
