Ashton Recruitment require an Assistant Casino Manager our client based in Dublin.
Position: Assistant Casino Manager Location: Dublin City Centre Duration: Permanent Rate of Pay: €45,000 - €55,000 Our client, located in the heart of Dublin City Centre, is part of a leading product and tech-driven gaming company with multiple brands in the Irish market.
You'll join their retail operations team, overseeing a small team on the ground in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Backed by a well-established business with over 45 years of experience, this role offers both stability and excitement.
As an Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager in the daily operations of the club, fostering strong relationships with customers and ensuring they enjoy our products and services responsibly.
A focus on customer service, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks are crucial in this retail management role.
Duties will include (but not be limited to): Supporting the Manager to oversee and ensure the smooth running of the club.
Delivering 5 Star excellence in Customer Service.
Dealing with all customer queries efficiently, professionally, and consistently with company policy.
Promote good communication between employees and management.
Recruit, develop, lead, motivate and retain your team.
Engage with new initiatives and embrace new ways of working.
Drive operational standards throughout the company.
Complete club procedures and administration and ensure compliance with policies and practices.
Essential Criteria Minimum 2 years Assistant Manager experience in retail or hospitality.
Strong planning and organisation skills, ability to plan and prioritise work schedule and work within agreed timescales.
Excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing IT proficient, with experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel and the aptitude to learn in-house systems.
Ability to influence wider business stakeholders.
Experience in delivering coaching/training in the moment to ensure that customers have a great experience.
Ability to deal with tough situations in a calm and professional manner.
