Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, ensuring tailored service for their events.
Team Leadership: Supervise and lead the C&B team, providing training and support to ensure consistent high-quality service.
Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event debriefings to ensure clarity on expectations and continuous improvement.
Guest Experience: Monitor guest satisfaction throughout events, addressing any concerns or issues promptly to ensure a seamless experience.
Actively engage with guests to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere during events.
Setup and Preparation: Oversee the setup and breakdown of function rooms, ensuring that all arrangements meet client specifications and are executed to the highest standard.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient service during events.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and licensing laws.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all C&B areas before, during, and after events.
Reporting and Administration: Assist in maintaining accurate records of events, including attendance, feedback, and financial performance, to inform future planning and improvements.
Collaborate with the C&B Manager on budget management and cost control to optimize profitability.
Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the conferences and banqueting sector or hospitality industry is preferred.
