Care Network Ireland are seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for a facility based in Killorglin, Co. Kerry.
Our client is a 48 bed facility who focus on delivering high-quality, patient centred care in a supportive environment.
Job Description: Responsibilities: Serve as a skilled and knowledgeable practitioner specializing in elderly care.
Support and supervise the nursing team to deliver exceptional resident care and management.
Ensure all staff adhere to Centre policies and procedures effectively.
Maintain compliance with professional nursing standards and guidelines.
Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by the Director of Nursing.
Requirements: Must be a qualified nurse with at least three years of managerial experience in elderly care.
A post-registration management qualification in medicine or a related field is required.
