We are hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing for a Leading nursing home in Waterford, Dublin.
Responsibilities   Improve and take the lead in providing residents with person-centred care.
Encourage the ideas of person-centred care that address the residents' mental, emotional, physical, social, and spiritual needs.
To resolve any areas of non-compliance, carry out audits and create action plans.
Keep up-to-date working knowledge of all applicable laws, guidelines, and standards.
Planning the workforce and hiring decisions, such as choosing candidates, providing mentorship, and implementing the necessary corrective measures.
Encouragement and authorization for floor managers to carry out their duties with efficiency.
  Helps reach financial goals and objectives by conducting a business and financial analysis of performance.
