RecruitNet International Ltd is hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)- Patient Flow and Care Transition for a Hospital in Co Dublin, Ireland.
Responsibilities Examining nursing records to make that they accurately represent the care and attention that each patient needs, that evaluations and care plans are finished on schedule, and that they are reviewed as necessary.
Examining patients who are clinically ill, at risk of pressure sores, falls, and other adverse events, and providing guidance, support, and help via clinical procedures and paperwork to make sure the right treatment plan is in place.
Coordinating admittance and release procedures while working with the Patient Flow team.
Supporting the CNMs and providing guidance, coaching, and consistent communication.
Emphasizing collaboration with hospital caregivers, staff nurses, and CNMs while being a noticeable presence in clinical areas.
Observe how care is being provided concerning quality and methods, and provide helpful criticism.
Create a coherent team environment at the hospital and make sure that everyone works together to design, carry out, and evaluate changes to procedures and patient care.
In charge of making sure action plans are carried out and maintained, as well as that environmental and hand hygiene audits are conducted regularly and comprehensively.
In charge of doing risk assessments, health and safety audits, medication audits, and risk management plan creation in collaboration with DON.
Requirements Registered on the appropriate part of the NMBI live register.
3 years minimum previous management experience Clinical experience providing care in a nursing home or for the elderly.
