We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Director of Rooms to join our team of passionate Hospitality professionals.
The successful candidate will assist our Director of Rooms in the day to day management of our Front of House operation, Housekeeping, Laundry and Spa.
This will involve assisting the Head of Departments for all of the above areas as well as assisting with the strategic planning for Rooms Division as a whole.
We are looking for a strong manager with proven Rooms Division experience (5+ years) and luxury Hotel operations knowledge and who is able to handle busy environments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational support and direction to the Rooms Division whilst maintaining all defined operating standards and maximizing profitability.
Providing consistent feedback to our guests and associates in a manner consistent with the overall Adare Manor Core Values, and Mission.
