Aran Sweater Market are looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team in the Inis Mor Store.
In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the Site Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and maintain the highest company standards.

Key Responsibilities As an Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): 1.
Sales Achievement & Performance Metrics Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve and exceed store sales goals, target metrics, and KPIs.
Analyze sales data, develop action plans to meet objectives, and inspire the team to reach their targets.

Marketing & Visual Merchandising Implement company marketing initiatives and ensure adherence to visual presentation standards.
Arrange merchandise displays and promotional setups to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.

Team Training & Development Train and coach staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
Foster a culture of performance, confidence, and consistency within the team.

Policy Compliance & Reporting Enforce store policies, ensuring compliance and addressing any concerns with senior management.
Maintain a safe and secure store environment by adhering to loss prevention protocols.
5.
Inventory Management Oversee inventory control, including stock counts, transactions, and accurate stock levels.
Collaborate with senior management to address inventory-related issues effectively.
6.
Store Security & Closing Procedures Ensure the store is secure at closing by locking doors, setting alarms, and conducting final checks.
Prepare the store for the next day by ensuring all security measures are in place.
7.
Administrative Record-Keeping Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, schedules, and employee details.
Support HR processes, including new hire paperwork and documentation.
