Assistant Manager

Position will be at the four star Waterfront Hotel Dungloe County Donegal Salary, €40,000-€50,000 according to experience Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: Responsibility to assist with managing the overall day to day running of all aspects of the hotel, including occupancy, food and beverage and events/banqueting Training and supervising hotel staff, and ensuring adherence to hotel policies and procedures Assist with organising and scheduling staff rotas Assisting in managing the hotels budget, setting room rates, and coordinating with the finance department Maintain compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and labor laws Requirements include Candidate must be a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for excellence.
Have three years in hotels/hospitality and have knowledge of Room master and be computer literate.
Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and market trends.
