Assistant Property Manager

We are currently working with our client based in Meath seeking to grow the team and source an assistant property manager to grow their career. Previous experience will be required. OB22
Main duties and responsibilities: Assisting Property Managers with a wide-ranging, mixed portfolio of residential owners management companies.Answering calls and engaging with contractors to fix issues.Responding to email enquiries.Database management (Excel & Blockman).Generating invoices (Xero).Assisting OMC members & residents with development access needs & parking controls.Providing some clerical support to Sales Dept.The above responsibilities are neither exclusive nor exhaustive, and the incumbent may be called upon to carry out such other appropriate alternative or additional duties as may be required which are within their capability and competence.Requirements: Strong computer literacy (especially Microsoft Word, Excel & Teams).Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment.Knowledge of Blockman CRM system would be an advantage.A team player with a willingness to learn. Experience in the Block Management/Property Industry will offer a distinct advantage.
