We are currently recruiting an Assistant Superintendent to join our excellent team at Carton House.
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining the high standards of the golf course, grounds and sport surfaces Supports the Resort Superintendent in identifying and developing plans for the future development of the golf courses, landscape and gardens and sports grounds.
Ensures the greenkeeping team collaboratively work together to assist in turf maintenance including mowing, irrigation, and control of pests and disease of the greens.
Ensures that all greenkeeping Standard Operating Procedures prepared to the highest quality and updated as needed. Key Requirements: Minimum 4 Years Experience working on a golf course in similar role Hold a current Driver's License.
Cultural and chemical Knowledge for fine turf Maintenance.
Machinery, Irrigation, Chemical, Fertilizer knowledge.
Proven experience in irrigation and spraying.
A minimum of a Level 6 Ground Horticulture/Turf Qualification.
