About The Role Job Title: Assistant Venue Manager Job Summary: The Assistant Venue Manager supports the Venue Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the venue, ensuring events run smoothly, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
This role involves coordinating with staff and customers to deliver successful events and maintaining the venue's facilities.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to: Staff Management: Assist in hiring, training, and supervising venue staff.
Schedule shifts and manage staff performance.
Ensure staff adhere to venue policies and procedures.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing events, including setup and breakdown.
Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements.
Ensure all events comply with health and safety regulations.
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction during events.
Collect feedback from clients to improve future events.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in event planning or venue management.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
