Key Responsibilities: Support on all phases of new programs introduced to the Workcell from implementation through to completion.Supports the planning, coordination, analysis and reporting of all production activities.Supports the Workcell in determining fiscal requirements within budgetary constraints, recommends capital improvements.Influences and negotiates with site support functions and other Workcells for support.Operational customer facing representative.Supports and leads daily huddles/communications with core team, to ensure short term and long term goals are achieved.Supports the Workcell to drive year on year cost improvements, identifies and leads Lean/A3 projects.Interfaces with product/process development functions.Coordinates, leads and supervises the daily activities of the team.Sets priorities to ensure tasks are completed.Supports inputting annual leave planning and resource planning for Workcell with dotted line responsibility for workcell coordinators.Point of contact with Business Development and Supply Chain functions to support all aspects of Workcell commercial activities.Function support including; Barcoding/Audit support/Batch Release support/Engineering support.Works closely with Operations Management on establishing budgets and maintaining productive interdepartmental relationships.Ensures compliance with all company policies and practices in areas such as safety and all regulatory compliance.Job Requirements: Degree level qualified.Excellent IT, communication and interpersonal skills.Able to maintain composure in stressful situations.Very good leadership skills.Experienced with client relations/customer support.Ability to work off own initiative and as part of a cross functional team.Assertive and responsible attitude.Desire to learn new tasks and flexibility.Be fully computer literate and have very good knowledge of MS Office Products.Completed Certificate in Health and Safety or equivalent course desirable, not essential.
