Associate Director - It Manufacturing

An Associate Director – IT Manufacturing is required to join a greenfield biotech manufacturing site to help shape the future of biotech manufacturing. The Manufacturing & Quality IT Associate Director for Limerick will be part of the IT Leadership team and will work with both project and operational readiness activities for the facility.

The Role Successfully implement cutting-edge solutions like MES, SAP EWM, real-time monitoring, and advanced scheduling to enhance manufacturing, laboratory, and supply chain operations.Skilfully lead and manage IT operational readiness from planning to execution, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery of solutions.Foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, external vendors, and partners for seamless integration of IT systems.Provide strong leadership to your IT team, offering guidance, mentorship, and a collaborative environment to achieve project goals.Ensure all implemented IT solutions meet industry regulations, data integrity requirements, and internal quality standards.Demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and optimize processes effectively.The Person Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. (Level 8)Minimum of 7+ years of experience in delivering successful IT solutions in manufacturing, laboratory, or supply chain environments, in a biotech or pharmaceutical setting.It is essential to bring a balanced mix of vital soft skills and technical expertise to the table. Your leadership skills will be put to the test, requiring you to inspire teams, think strategically, and communicate effectively. Problem-solving and adaptability will be key strengths, and your mentorship will play a pivotal role in your team's growth. Your proficiency in stakeholder engagement and change management will be paramount.
