Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an AIFMD Regulatory Reporting Associate to join our growing Regulatory Reporting team. This role is for someone who is highly organized and numerate, looking to gain exposure in a multi-jurisdictional regulatory reporting role.
What are the minimum requirements you need for the role? Third level qualification in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.Knowledge of Financial Statements, Income Statements, General Ledgers, and Trial Balances.Proficiency using MS Office applications, strong excel skills necessary.Experience with a management company, fund administrator or audit firm (would be an advantage).Keen interest in regulatory reporting.You will be highly organized, an effective communicator and thrive in a fast-paced environment.What is the role and your responsibilities? Assist with the preparation and delivery of requisite regulatory reporting, including Annex IV & Form PF, for Carne across multiple jurisdictions within prescribed regulatory timeframes.Develop into a subject matter expert with regards to technical regulatory knowledge relating to AIFMD and other related European regulations.Represent the regulatory reporting team both internally and externally to delegates and regulators.Help assess the business environment and formulate solutions to minimize areas of risk.Ensure the environment of control is managed in line with good ethical, company and corporate governance values and practices.Contribute to a positive team ethic and always support the development and training of others.What competencies do you require?
