Our esteemed client, a prominent leader in the banking sector, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Arrears Support Agent for their Banking Operations department. This contractual position offers the unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and using your existing skill set to help provide training and support.
It's important to note that this a six month contract with a high likelihood of being extended or being made permanent.
What you can expect:Develop and execute training programs for new and existing staff in the Banking Operations department.Monitor the effectiveness of training.Collect feedback on training sessions from attendees to determine areas for improvement and update training programs as needed.Coordinate with departmental managers to assess further training needs and the effectiveness of established programs.What you need to apply:A minimum of 1 year experience in arrears support.QFA or APA.Strong understanding of relevant regulations.Strong ability to develop and implement effective training programs.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.If you would like to be considered for this position, please click the apply button below.
