Asu Case Manager

Oliver James have partnered with a leader in the credit servicing industry to recruit for an ASU Case Manager.
This hire will be joining an established team and delivering exceptional customer service on the arrears resolution team.

It's important to note that this role is a 6 month contract; however, the successful candidate will have a strong likelihood of being extended or being made permanent.

What you can expect:Pro-actively manage assigned portfolio of mortgage arrears cases.Both inbound and outbound calls.Managing the customer experience to a successful resolution. What you need to apply:Relevant experience in the financial services sector.Knowledge of the Code of Conduct on Mortgage Arrears (CCMA) and Consumer Protection Code (CPC).QFA or APA.
