Seeking a Sales Manager to join the team with a strong ethos.

Salary: Very competitive doe plus bonus and benefits.
Milleage allowance if supplying own car or company car provided (BIK applicable).
The Role: As a Sales Manager take on the responsibility to lead, coach and manage the AV sales team to achieve the companies goals and targets.
Support the Sales Director and ensuring sales targets are met, developing strategies to improve sales performance.
Deliver on total team performance and achieving new levels of organic growth.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, handling negotiations, and addressing customer concerns.
Work closely with the companys culture and values.
Collaborate with other departments.
Predicting future sales trends and setting realistic targets based on market research and historical data.
Managing the sales budget, allocating resources effectively, and planning sales campaigns.
The Candidate: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical thinking, and the ability to motivate and drive a team toward achieving sales objectives.
