The specialist Practice Team at AJ Chambers is currently working in partnership with a two Accountancy Practices based in Ireland that are looking for Audit or Accounts Senior Managers or Directors that are looking for a route to becoming a Partner!
Your Responsibilities will include - Leading & managing the audit engagements across various industries.
Build strong relationships with clients, offering expert audit advice and tailored solutions.
Mentor and develop a high-performing audit team.
Ensure compliance with Irish audit regulations and international standards (IFRS, GAAP).
Support business growth through client expansion and new service offerings.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an Audit or Accounting Senior Manager / Director who is looking to join an established Practice who needs to strengthen their Senior Management Team.
Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, or equivalent, with 8+ years of audit / accounts experience.
Strong leadership, technical expertise, and client relationship skills.
Ideally you will become an RI This is a great opportunity to develop your career in an Accounting Practice where you will make a huge impact to the team and the future of the business.
