The RoleThis role will be based in the Audit department in the Company's Dublin office and will report into the senior audit leadership team.
The main responsibilities include the following:
Manage a portfolio of audit clients across a variety of industriesTake responsibility for successfully delivering audit and accounting engagements within agreed timelines, including client and team communicationsPlan the execution and finalization of the audit assignmentsLead, manage, motivate and coach other members of the teamDevelop and maintain proactive working relationships with audit clients, ensuring they are informed and always satisfied, not just during the audit process but throughout the yearResearch and solve technical queries from clientsDeliver the highest quality auditing services to the Company's clientsManage the successful completion of audit engagementsThe Ideal CandidateACA or ACCA qualifications2-3 years of relevant Post Qualification ExperiencePrevious supervisory, team lead or managerial experienceA passion to provide the very best client experienceExcellent attention to detail and technical skillsKnowledge of business trends, and emerging technical and industry developmentsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAn effective and motivated team playerStrong leadership skills with a proven ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlinesSelf-starter who can critically analyze and assess information.
