Audit Senior

Audit Senior Location: Dublin Contract Type: Full-time, permanent (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 0900-1730) Reporting to: Head of Audit and Team A prominent accountancy firm is seeking an Audit Senior.
They serve a diverse range of clients.
Responsibilities: Lead various audit assignments.
Plan audits thoroughly and brief staff on specific risks.
Prepare high-quality financial statements and audit reports with actionable recommendations.
Oversee multiple audit projects efficiently.
Develop strong working relationships with client staff.
Keep the Partner updated on significant issues.
Ensure audits comply with FRS102 and Irish GAAP, addressing key risks within deadlines and budgets.
Supervise, train, and mentor junior audit staff.
Adhere to the firm's policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
Over 3 years of experience with Irish GAAP and FRS102.
In-depth understanding of risk, Irish GAAP, FRS102, and CA2014.
Proficiency in FRS102, Irish and UK GAAP, and CA2014.
Experience with a diverse client base across multiple sectors.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to multitask.
