St. Michael's House is a community-based organisation committed to providing a quality person centred service and high standard of day service to people with an intellectual disability in the greater Dublin area.
To support the provision of high-quality, person-centred services tailored to individuals who present with Autism.
This role aims to enhance the quality of life of individuals by promoting independence, choice, and inclusion while ensuring their unique needs, preferences, and strengths are met through personalised plans.
It requires active participation in delivering therapeutic interventions, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
Essential Criteria for Applicants: Be knowledgeable of Health Act 2007 and have experience and understanding HIQA Regulations Must have prior experience of working directly with people who present with an autism diagnosis. Be creative, innovative and be open to working on interventions in new ways Excellent communication skills. Eligible to work in Ireland Essential Qualifications Required: The candidate must have the following FETAC Level 5 full award in one or more of the following:

New appointees to any grade start at the minimum point of the scale.
Incremental credit will be applied for recognised relevant service in Ireland and abroad (Department of Health Circular 2/2011).
Incremental credit is normally granted on appointment, in respect of previous experience in the Civil Service, Local Authorities, Health Service and other Public Service Bodies and Statutory Agencies.
