In this role, you'll work closely with our network of doorstep agents in supporting them using our system.
Our direct-to-consumer doorstep channel is essential to Tirlans growth, and were thrilled that over 80% of our agents have already made the switch to enjoying a positive experience along the way.
Your role will be key in helping the remaining agents embrace this platform, ensuring they have the support and guidance they need to succeed.

Overview This hands-on, busy role involves supporting our online agent community and providing technical assistance via the SAP ticketing system.
Youll help agents transition to the MyMilkman system, deliver training, manage sensitive internal spreadsheets, prepare weekly reports, and track the B2B customer team's budget, uniforms, and leaflets.
With a mix of office work in Tirlan, Citywest, Dublin, and remote work, youll collaborate closely with the B2B Customer Manager, Digital Accounts Executive, Doorstep Team, and various stakeholders to enhance our services.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and people skills, be self-motivated, and have excellent computer literacy.
A high proficiency in Excel, including V-Lookup and Pivot Tables, along with keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, is essential.
Key Responsibilities: Support to all agents through customer service system identify and resolve any queries and give minor tech support on the platform Manage team spreadsheets & prepare weekly reports Admin support to the B2B Customer Manager Provide Agent Viability information to SDMs when requested Weekly reporting to B2B Customer Manager Help maintain the budget plan Key Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role with a minimum of 2years experience Excellent customer service focus Excellent administration skills and attention to detail Strong verbal communication skills Strong computer/ technical skills including Intermediate/ Advanced level of Excel and Powerpoint.
Able to prioritize work and ability to multi-task Possess for following characteristics: Results orientated, with a positive outlook, and a can do attitude.
