Our direct-to-consumer 'doorstep' channel is essential to Tirlan's growth, and we're thrilled that over 80% of our agents have already made the switch to MyMilkman.ie, enjoying a positive experience along the way. Your role will be key in helping the remaining agents embrace this platform, ensuring they have the support and guidance they need to succeed.

Overview This hands-on, busy role involves supporting our online agent community and providing technical assistance via the SAP ticketing system.
You'll help agents transition to the MyMilkman system, deliver training, manage sensitive internal spreadsheets, prepare weekly reports, and track the B2B customer team's budget, uniforms, and leaflets.
With a mix of office work in Tirlan, Citywest, Dublin, and remote work, you'll collaborate closely with the B2B Customer Manager, Digital Accounts Executive, Doorstep Team, and various stakeholders to enhance our services.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and people skills, be self-motivated, and have excellent computer literacy. A high proficiency in Excel, including V-Lookup and Pivot Tables, along with keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, is essential.
