Job Description Office: Main office location will be DublinDepartment: Funds IRL Responsibilities:The Banking Administrator will be responsible for the administration of client's bank accounts, providing users access across multiple banking platforms, progressing digital connectivity with key counterparties and establishing risk mitigating processes the enhance security and ensure compliance with key controls.Tasks:Act as key contact withing the fund administration business in relation to banking mattersEstablish good working relationships and processes with third party banks in various locations globallyControl internal and external banking user access requests, ensuring correct access rights are provided to the appropriate bank accountsWork effectively with colleagues within the fund administration department, co-ordinating payment management and cash reconciliation with the wider teamComplete bank account applications and bank administrator access requests, circulating documents and organising interactions with the appropriate contact in the third-party bankAssist the Transfer Agency team with distributions and capital call activityContinuous maintenance of the client's recordsMaintain procedure documents to ensure they reflect up to date processes
