Job Description Office: Main office location will be Dublin Department: Funds IRL            Responsibilities: The Banking Administrator will be responsible for the administration of client's bank accounts, providing users access across multiple banking platforms, progressing digital connectivity with key counterparties and establishing risk mitigating processes the enhance security and ensure compliance with key controls.
Tasks: Act as key contact withing the fund administration business in relation to banking matters Establish good working relationships and processes with third party banks in various locations globally Control internal and external banking user access requests, ensuring correct access rights are provided to the appropriate bank accounts Work effectively with colleagues within the fund administration department, co-ordinating payment management and cash reconciliation with the wider team Complete bank account applications and bank administrator access requests, circulating documents and organising interactions with the appropriate contact in the third-party bank Assist the Transfer Agency team with distributions and capital call activity Continuous maintenance of the client's records Maintain procedure documents to ensure they reflect up to date processes Qualifications Relevant experience of banking processes is preferable, ideally 1-2 years Excellent attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a client servicing mindset Ability to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure Ability to deliver within agreed deadlines Operational experience of working with Irish banks would be beneficial but not essential        Proficient with suite of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) Company, product and market knowledge Fluent in English Additional Information At IQ EQ Group we want you to reach your full potential.
