Banking Administrator

Responsibilities: The Banking Administrator will be responsible for the administration of client's bank accounts, providing users access across multiple banking platforms, progressing digital connectivity with key counterparties, and establishing risk mitigating processes that enhance security and ensure compliance with key controls.
Tasks: Act as key contact within the fund administration business in relation to banking mattersEstablish good working relationships and processes with third party banks in various locations globallyControl internal and external banking user access requests, ensuring correct access rights are provided to the appropriate bank accountsWork effectively with colleagues within the fund administration department, coordinating payment management and cash reconciliation with the wider teamComplete bank account applications and bank administrator access requests, circulating documents and organizing interactions with the appropriate contact in the third-party bankAssist the Transfer Agency team with distributions and capital call activityContinuous maintenance of the client's recordsMaintain procedure documents to ensure they reflect up to date processesQualificationsRelevant experience of banking processes is preferable, ideally 1-2 yearsExcellent attention to detailExcellent communication skills and a client servicing mindsetAbility to work autonomously and remain calm under pressureAbility to deliver within agreed deadlinesOperational experience of working with Irish banks would be beneficial but not essentialProficient with suite of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)Additional informationAt IQ EQ Group, we want you to reach your full potential.
