Bar Duty Manager

We are currently looking for a Bar Duty Manager with very strong F&B experience and a desire to progress/grow with the hotels future plans.
The Ideal candidate will have, At least 2 years in Supervisory or Management Role.
An enthusiastic and professional attitude, with strong organisational and communication skills.
A very strong F&B background with a focus on Bar Operations.
Good understanding of how Bars operate, stock taking and management, development of cocktail menus, whiskey and spirit knowledge.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to manage a team.
Computer literate.
Can work on their own initiative.
Want to be part of a progressive team/hotel.
Reliable and trustworthy.
