Take Orders: Accurately take drink and food orders, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar team.
Handle Customer Inquiries and Complaints: Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
Monitor Stock Levels: Regularly check and replenish stock of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies.
Assist with Stock Orders: Help in placing orders for new stock, ensuring that popular items are always available.
Conduct Inventory Checks: Participate in regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
Process Transactions: Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments efficiently, ensuring accuracy and proper change handling.
Maintain Accurate Records: Keep accurate records of sales, tips, and any discrepancies in the cash drawer.
Close the Bar: Assist with cashing up at the end of the shift, ensuring that all financial transactions are balanced.
Clean the Bar Area: Keep the bar and surrounding areas clean and tidy throughout the shift, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning glassware, and disposing of trash.
Restock and Organize Supplies: Ensure that all bar supplies are neatly organized and restocked as necessary.
Maintain Equipment: Regularly check and maintain bar equipment, such as taps, mixers, and refrigerators, reporting any issues to management.
