We are currently recruiting for experienced bartenders and talented mixologists.
Key Requirements: A minimum of 1 years experience.
High level ability in all aspects of bar service.
Cocktail knowledge is essential.
A true passion for mixology and emerging drinks trends.
Must possess a passion and flair for customer service.
Exhibiting a high level of attention to detail and active and proactive problem-solving ability.
The ambition to progress your career to the very top of the hospitality industry.
The capability to make contributions to the creative and innovative side of the business.
A sense of fun and a love of what you do.
Ability to adapt to new procedures, standards, and changes as directed by the company or legislation.
Conducts his/herself in a professional manner at all times especially when in the public eye.
Is fully flexible with regards to working hours, to include weekends, and late nights.
A keen interest in emerging food and beverage trends, both locally and internationally.
Excellent understanding and fully compliant with Health & Safety and HACCP requirements and legislation.
All candidates must speak fluent English.
