Benefits Analyst-Total Reward-Remote

Cpl HR Recruitment are supporting a global pharmaceutical company in recruiting for a Benefits Analyst in the total rewards space on a temporary basis. This exciting opportunity will be fully remote on the island of Ireland. This position will be full of opportunity and will support mainly EMEA and APAC. Roles and responsibilities will include: Support the full life cycle of employee benefits Ensure the packages are commercially focused and competitive Support with the benefits renewal processes Work closely with the associate director during peak period Responsible for some compensation projects and other ad hoc related projects Experience and skills required: Degree in HR or other relevant qualifications 2+ years specialising in benefits, compensation or rewards Ability to work to tight deadlines during a busy period Excellent administrative ability If this position is of interest to you and you have the required skill set, send your CV to Skills: Benefits reward compensation Benefits: Work From Home
