Benefits Program Manager Are you an expert in benefits management looking to take the next step in your career? We're searching for a dynamic Benefits Programme Manager to lead and optimize the benefits offerings, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with strategic goals for this well-known global organisation to ensure the best talent is attracted and retained.

At a glance This is a full-time, permanent position. This role offers a competitive salary of €80-100K plus fantastic perks. It's a minimum of 1 day a week in the office in Dublin – initially a little more to get to know the team. What will you do As a key player, you'll be responsible for driving transformational change, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering a seamless benefits experience through all stages of the employee life cycle from onboarding to retirement, working closely with the wider HR and Rewards team.

With 10+ years of relevant experience, including expertise in change management and benefits implementation, you'll have the chance to make a significant impact. Any experience with UK benefits implementation would be highly desirable.
