Job Description As part of a growing BIM Department your responsibilities will include: Assisting the design team in the production of Revit/AutoCAD Models, when required; Assist in or development the BIM Execution Plan; Monitor the agreed workflows and modelling techniques across various projects to ensure compliance with EIR and/or BEP; Establish, Maintain and Administrate the CDE (Autodesk Construction Cloud); Production of Federated Model and clash detection reports using Navisworks and Model Coordination; Plant 3D administration and management; Technical support, training and troubleshooting for our primary software; Lead Project Coordination and BIM Meetings; Create new project specific workflows to implement Client/Company BIM Standards; Laser Scanning and Registration (Leica) Essential Technical, Academic and Experience Requirements Third level qualification in Architecture / Building Services / Engineering and/or Technical background 2- 3yrs experience in a similar role.
Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, MS Excel, Autodesk Construction Cloud Proficiency in 3D pipework design, isometrics and familiarity with piping software packages.
Experience in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Selenium), Dynamo and CMD scripting for Windows and browser automation highly desirable.
A good working knowledge of core BIM Standards ISO 19650 and PAS 1192; Experience with Power BI and ACC API's.
Laser Scanning and Registration experience.
Proven ability to problem solve and resolve coordination issues.
Personality Profile Enthusiastic, motivated self-starter, continuously eager to learn and advance their career within Digital Construction; Excellent communication and organisation skills .
