We have an opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced BIM Lead to join our innovative Engineering team. As the BIM Lead, you will be at the forefront of advancing our BIM processes across all projects, driving the integration of technology to enhance collaboration and project delivery. You will oversee the BIM team, working closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure the highest standards of quality and coordination in all BIM-related activities.
Your role will include the development and management of BIM execution plans, coordination of multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. You will be a key contributor to our mission of delivering cutting-edge engineering solutions that meet our clients' needs and sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the BIM team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.Develop and implement BIM execution plans, standards, and processes for projects.Coordinate BIM models across various disciplines, conducting clash detection and resolution.Collaborate with project stakeholders to integrate BIM seamlessly into the design and construction phases.Monitor and enforce adherence to BIM best practices and industry standards across all projects.Serve as a primary point of contact for BIM-related inquiries and collaboration with clients and project teams.Stay current with developments in BIM technology and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.Minimum Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination or lead role.Proficient in BIM software including Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.Strong understanding of BIM standards, methodologies, and workflows.Experience with MEP systems and the ability to manage complex multi-disciplinary projects.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Relevant certifications in BIM or project management are a plus.Benefits:Private Health InsurancePerformance Annual Bonus25 days annual leave + bank holsBirthday OffPension Plan
