Bim Manager

Our client is excited to be working on a cutting-edge development and is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to oversee the implementation of their Digital Project Delivery (DPD) strategy across multiple projects within the business unit.
As a BIM Manager, you will provide leadership and support to ensure a successful DPD strategy from pre-contract through project delivery and handover.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in the Dublin area, and you will be an integral part of the site team operations, playing a key role in the successful delivery and handover of projects.
Key Responsibilities: Support the pre-construction team by reviewing tender documents (e.g., Works Information, EIR) to identify the client's BIM and digital requirements.Provide technical review of 3D BIM models at tender stage for federation, engineering checks, clash detection, logistics, and cost management.Produce and deliver project BEP, MIDP, MPDT, ensuring the internal project team and external parties understand their responsibilities.Lead the DPD kick-off meeting (in collaboration with the Information Manager) with the project management team to review and finalize the DPD strategy.Provide support and mentorship to BIM Engineers as required.Requirements: A third-level qualification in construction, computing, or a related discipline.5+ years of experience working on multi-disciplinary projects with BIM Level 2 requirements.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office.5+ years of experience using Autodesk Revit, Viewpoints for Projects / Dalux (or similar CDE), Synchro Pro, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Lumion, and other rendering software.This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects and shape the future of digital project delivery.
