Maintenance Engineer A market Leader seeks a skilled Maintenance Engineer in the Fresh Foods Produce industry based in Dublin!
THE COMPANY: Established over 40 years ago, our client is a leader in the fruit and vegetables market with a workforce of over 400.
They are now looking for a talented Maintenance Engineer to add to their ever-expanding team.
Supplying a wide range of fresh foods produce, our client has well established relationships with some of the largest food retailers and this is a great opportunity to work for a company that pride themselves on being very strong in developing their staff!
THE ROLE: The successful candidate will be site-based in Dublin and will have the following duties: Mostly preventative maintenance works but will also include breakdown and repair works Providing maintenance work on conveyor, packaging, labelling and weighing machinery with pumps and compressors components If more electrically biased working on control panels Being a more senior member of the team with the potential to develop into an assistant supervisory/managerial role in the future THE PERSON: We are looking to speak to those from the following backgrounds: Having a strong electrical and mechanical maintenance background is a requirement Previous production/manufacturing on-site maintenance experience is advantageous, but field-based maintenance engineers will also be strongly considered Candidates with a well-rounded maintenance in manufacturing background will also be considered THE PACKAGE: Salary: €45,000 - €50,000 package Pension plan Phone 22 Days Holiday LOCATION: Dublin Applications are encouraged from all candidates living within a commutable distance to Dublin!
