Dublin, Ireland €35,000 - €40,000 Bonus Scheme Company Pension Full Training Provided Excellent Career Progression Responsibilities: Technical Submittals: Create and compile technical submittals for engineering projects, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
Device Submittals and Schedules: Prepare device submittals, outlining equipment specifications, installation requirements, and performance criteria.
Delivery Dockets: Generate and manage delivery dockets, verifying accuracy of delivered materials and equipment.
General Administration: Provide administrative support to the engineering team, including data entry, file management, and document organization.
Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external stakeholders to gather information and address inquiries.
Experience Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
