The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting skills, along with a solid understanding of AV technologies and broadcast standards.Essential SkillsExtensive knowledge of Broadcast Standards and formatsProficiency in streaming protocols, encoding, and transcodingExpertise in signal flow, processing, and AV network infrastructureIn-depth knowledge of Blackmagic and AJA technologiesExperience with video conferencing (VC) technologiesStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsPersonal AttributesExcellent project management skills, including multitasking, attention to detail, and time managementStrong communication skills, able to translate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholdersCustomer-focused approach, with the ability to understand client needs and ensure they are reflected in technical requirementsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressureWork SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Dublin, Ireland.
