Job Title: Site Manager Location: Sligo, Ireland Salary: €60k-65k DOE.
Van & diesel card An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Site Managerrole with our client based in the North West with an expanding pipeline of work.
This new project is a Filling Station extension about to start with a number of other commercial and residential projects in the area.
Site Manager Specific Requirements: A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Qualification (e.g.
Carpentry) is desirable.
The ideal candidates will have 5-10 years + management on the site.
Fully updated with BCAR.
Will have strong communication and IT skills, and will be energetic and motivated.
Site Manager Key Responsibilities: Daily management, coordination, and monitoring of site labour.
Assisting the project team in monitoring progress to ensure alignment with agreed program targets.
Ensuring that work is completed to the highest quality standards.
Guaranteeing compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Collaborating closely with the supply chain and any subcontractors to foster a positive working culture.
