The PMO Lead will be the primary site contact for all pipeline project management activities, collaborating with research and development teams to create and execute strategies for the commercial supply of new products.
You will lead cross-functional teams-including manufacturing, engineering, quality assurance, supply chain, and procurement-to implement these strategies and represent the site on global project teams, brand teams, and review boards.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or quality-related field.
10+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or drug development.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
Extensive knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
Experience navigating regulatory requirements within the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
