They undertake projects throughout Ireland and are a leading contractor in all sectors of Public and Private works.Working on Dublin based large scale buildings projects, ensure that building services are coordinated within themselves, and with other building activities and installationsSupervision of testing and commission.Liaising with site managers / site personnel & M&E subcontractorsExperience in building sector projects such as commercial, residential, education etc.Previous main contractor or M&E subcontractor backgrounds would be advantageousGood communication skills.Running Mechanical and Electrical technical coordination meetings.RequirementsQualification in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline3+ years proven experience as an M&E Co-ordinator or Building Services CoordinatorPrevious experience on commercial or industrial projects is desirableExcellent communication, presentation and people management skillsMust be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & ProjectPackage€60K-€80K dependent on level of relevant experience and negotiable for the right candidatesOptions on current projects in Cork, Dublin and LongfordFully expensed company Vehicle or Car AllowanceCompany Laptop and Company phone Pension Life insurance Income Protection Continuous Professional Development (CPD)Access to Lifestyle Benefits (such as Bike to work scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, Sports & Social Club) and many more.
