SSA are working with an Irish Mechanical Contractor in seeking Building Services Engineers for their projects in: CorkWaterfordAs a project Building Services Engineer, you will be responsible for the following engineering activities when assigned to a project: Collate all design documents and drawingsCarry out an estimation to engineering team project handoverReview Design Package received and understand specifications, schedules, and drawings receivedPricing Plant and MaterialsIdentify value engineering opportunitiesEstablishing Project BudgetsCompiling and issuing Technical SubmittalsAttending Project MeetingsRaise and Track Project RFI'sLiaise with BIM team and review co-ordinated drawings for complianceOrdering Plant and MaterialsCompiling Sub-Contractor Works PackagesPricing VariationsEstablishing Commissioning Figures and SequenceAppointing Sub-ContractorsOrganising and issuing project handover certificatesCompiling & Issuing O&M ManualsEssential Criteria: Minimum 3-4 years' experience in a similar roleStrong communication and team skillsAbility to take ownership of assigned projectsAbility to deliver assigned tasks within set deadline datesKnowledge of Mechanical Services including reading and interpreting building services drawings and schematicsCommercial AwarenessIT skills – Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, Adobe Editor, NavisworksTo register your interest, or for more information, please contact Andy Loughnane in confidence today at +353 83 208 3189.
