Building Services Engineer

Job DescriptionOur client is a leading Irish Contractor with projects throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe.
They have successfully completed projects across a range of sectors including Infrastructure, Data Centres, Hospitality, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical.The Building Services Engineer position plays a crucial role in the management and implementation of Building Services.As a Building Services Engineer, you will play a pivotal role within our project delivery team.
Working closely with project managers and subcontractors, you will oversee all electrical/mechanical activities, manage resources efficiently, and uphold our uncompromising standards of quality and safety.Manage & coordinate all phases of the MEP Services project delivery cycle Coordinate Design team information & details in time for project delivery activitiesEnsure implementation of the MEPL Services IPEP Management planLiaise with Mechanical, Electrical, Sprinkler, Lifts & Technical Specialists Sub-ContractorsEnsure all MEP works are carried out to the highest level of Safety.Inspect all installation works against the agreed level of approved Quality plan.Monitor Programmes & review installation progress.Ensure design compliance & commissioning achievement with all documents collated and O & M Manual's development.Requirements5+ years experience.
Qualification in Building Services / Engineering or Trade.Undertaking all aspects of building services, working on a wide variety of modern plant, equipment and systems controlled by BMS.
Previous Main Contractor experience is preferred, ideally project experienceExcellent IT skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills requiredStrong client focusPackage€60 - €80k negotiable dependent on experienceCompany VanFull time permanent staff role
