Qualifications and Desired Experience: A 3rd level qualification in Building Surveying, Construction Management and or a trade backgroundAt least 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within housing or residential projects with site inspections , snagging etc.Expertise in building pathology, stock condition surveys, and planned maintenance programs.Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations, health and safety legislation, and technical guidance documents.Proficiency in modern surveying techniques and building asset database management.
