Based on the shop floor with your team, you are responsible for encompassing our mission of empowering and educating all our customers to achieve their best skin possible. You will drive new business opportunities and encourage your team to think outside the box and help them excel.
The responsibilities of the Business Account Manager…. Could this be you? Take your customer through a journey, advising, listening, and connecting with them throughout every touch point to provide a personalized experience. Perform treatments and set up skin care programmes comprising both treatment and homecare to achieve goals, sharing treatment plans with customers. Drive retail growth month on month by motivating and supporting the team, thinking outside the box with new inspiring event ideas & exceed all location targets & KPIs. Drive events in store with both on-counter activity & masterclasses ensuring all events are fully booked. Be a role model and perform all services regularly to the highest standard, assisting the District Sales & Education Manager & Retail Training Manager with on-counter training. Feel comfortable working on your own as this is a 1 person counter. Follow grooming standards to ensure that you are living and breathing Dermalogica every day. Do you have the below skills? Education equivalent to Level 3 in Beauty Therapy with Facial Electricals (ESSENTIAL). Level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification, including Microneedling and Chemical Peels (Dermalogica will fund this training if not held). At least 2-year management experience, ideally within a retail environment. An outgoing, creative thinker who can create theatre at the counter to inspire and draw customers.
