Business Administration Support - DublinThe Business Administration Support role holder will be responsible for providing business administration, management, and support services to assist in the carrying out of day-to-day functional activities.
The role holder will be required to provide support with facilities management, IT support and will also be required to provide HR support for CP staff deployed within the CBCIW Client Organisation.
The Business Administration Support role holder will support the PMO Lead in leading the Business Support sub-functional area, assuming responsibility for the performance management of CP personnel deployed within the sub-functional area and leading the continuous drive towards a high-performance culture.
The role holder will be required to develop and maintain a detailed resourcing plan for the Business Support sub-functional area and will oversee the day-to-day activities of the CP personnel deployed within the sub-functional area, ensuring they are carrying out their relevant tasks efficiently and effectively to ensure successful delivery.
Required to have 5+ years' experience in business administration and a proven track record of carrying out business administration activities in projects of a similar scale and complexity to Bus Connects. Further demonstrated experience and knowledge in the following is desirable: Providing secretarial support to management within fast-paced and challenging environments.Providing administrative support and organisation to senior leaders.Delivery of work under time pressure and with conflicting priorities.Managing high-performing staff/teams including carrying out performance management, undertaking resource planning and embedding a focus on continuous improvement and best-practice.Taking ownership of activities to drive desired outcomes.It is desirable for the Business Administration Support to possess the following skills: Fully proficient in the use of MS Office applications and other project tools and methodologies.Excellent communication.Degree Educated.The NRL Group connects global companies with the right people to bring engineering projects to life.
