Work Flexibility: Remote or Hybrid or OnsiteAs Business Analysis Manager (Workforce Management & Payroll HRIS), you will play a key role in Stryker's European payroll initiative to ensure a successful launch of a regional payroll design, including the implementation of a new workforce management system, with interfaces to/from Workday, the payroll provider and downstream systems.
What you will do:Build and maintain strong relationships with the HR and payroll teams and act as a liaison between the vendors, HRIS, IT teams and HR Operations.Build a strong understanding of the functional processes within the end-to-end timekeeping and payroll services.Determine each country's payroll and timekeeping requirements and apply this understanding to HRIS strategies and implementations.
